Kirstie works in finance and Jonny is a Mechanical Engineer. When they are not working they spend their evenings together at home with the dog and rabbits. "Spending quality time together is important in life, laughing and experiencing life in a positive way".
The proposal took place at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in April 2018. "We had gone to work on the Thursday before thinking our flight was on the Friday. When checking us in, I found that the flight had landed and we should have gone on the Thursday. I was stressed about the proposal and had our dates mixed up. I managed to get us an expensive flight out to Paris on the Thursday evening, we made it and the proposal happened the next morning. The trip was a beautiful success in the end".
Our wedding venue Mythe Barn gave us an instant feeling that something felt right about it when we walked in. The layout was perfect and we liked the rustic theme. There were always things about other venues that we were not fond of. We could imagine ourselves at Mythe Barn tieing the knot.
The biggest reason we wanted a wedding video was so that we could relive the day again from the outside looking in. The wedding film will become a great anniversary tool to sit together and watch. It would also be nice to show our family in the future should we have children. We picked Daniel Yates because his footage from other weddings seemed far superior to other suppliers. The clarity of his filming and the way he puts together his films really drew us in to picking him for our day.
Of course we wanted everything to go to plan. All of our guests to arrive and have a lovely time. The biggest thing though was to look back upon our wedding day as the best day of our lives.
