Lauren & Adam - Swallows Nest Barn

YOU GUYS? …WHAT DO YOU DO?..HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR DAYS?..WHAT’S IMPORTANT IN LIFE?

I work for Severn Trent water and have a huge passion for all things water quality. Adam is an e commerce operations specialist for Avast. We spend our days enjoying each other’s company, along with our cat Ralph and dog Dougie. Watching shows like the American office on loop and laughing at something ridiculous the other has just done. Spending time with our great friends and family is what is most important to us. Laughing, joking and sharing experiences with each other.

THE PROPOSAL?

In 2019 we took a trip of a lifetime with some close friends to America - whilst there we went to Coachella festival, Vegas and then San Fransisco. On the last day of our trip we decided to hire a car and visit Yosemite national park. After taking in the sights and beauty of the park we ended our day at a waterfall. It was here Adam got down on one knee and proposed. Perfect way to end a perfect holiday.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR WEDDING VENUE OVER OTHERS?

Swallows nest is such a beautiful venue. The rustic barn vibes really fit our aesthetic. I also love the shape of the venue - that at any one point I’ll be able to see all my family and friends and soak in the day.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR WEDDING DAY FILMED AND WHY DID YOU PICK ME?

Family and friends mean everything to us. Being able to look back on our day and show our future children the footage, is what I look forward to the most. To remember everyone in my life as they are now in many years to come. Your style is beautiful so we know we can trust you to capture our day perfectly.
